We had a wonderful time. It is very close to Mount Sunapee, there are lots of board games, lots of kitchen equipments too for cooking. The deck by the lake is our favorite. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Highly recommend.

Alicia’s place is lovely and so cozy. It was a perfect setup for a family – plenty of space and all the comforts of home. The views are absolutely outstanding and we loved hanging out on the dock. Alicia was a terrific host and provided many recommendations for things to do.

I stayed here this past weekend with my family consisting of 8 adults. I was worried about the size of the house, but it was not a problem at all! The beds were extremely comfortable and we had amazing weather so we were outside most of the time. The dock is amazing, and the water is so clear and refreshing. We took advantage of the kayaks and the paddle board and we loved the quiet relaxing cove. The house is very updated, clean, and the kitchen and bathroom are stocked well with everything you could need. Outside we used the grill for cooking lunch and dinner and had a fire at night overlooking the water. There is a gas station, Hannaford, and even a farmers market nearby. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation right on the beautiful lake, this is the place to be! We would love to stay here again next summer.
We had a great time – enjoyed the location very much and the yard leading down to the water was picturesque and peaceful. The house had everything we needed and we took advantage of all that the area had to offer. Planning to go back again!
Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All aspects of the home are well thought out to accommodate guests. The location is ideal – a place to dock a boat, a nice cove for swimming, kayaks, paddleboard, or just floating. The host, Alicia, promptly replied to questions and concerns. We loved the view!
Great location, just a few minutes from Newbury harbor and Mt Sunapee. Fantastic dock and access to the lake, and includes kayaks, paddleboard, life jackets, and much more. Fit our family of 6 just fine. Will absolutely be going back for future visits to the lake.
The Lake Sunapee House is the perfect location to relax and enjoy all that the lake has to offer. Swim, ski, and soak up the sun…it’s the perfect location to do that and more. The cottage is warm and cozy and offers the best location for waterfront dining.
This property is phenomenal. The home is absolutely beautiful and is stocked with all the dish ware, appliances and other amenities that you need. We only needed to bring clothes from home. When we arrived, the house was spotless. The backyard has two outdoor dining areas and lounge chairs – which were great for watching the kids in the water while I got some sun. The lake itself is clean and shallow – perfect for daily swimming. The owner – Alicia – was incredibly nice and helpful. She was also very responsive to any inquiries we had both before and during our stay. This property is well-deserving of 5 stars!
